Resuelta.
Pues eso, se como se instala en un host pero en el iss de windows no :S
y e buscado en google y no sale nada de nada...

El phpmyadmin solo es para administrar mysql de forma mas fácil, puedes hacerlo todo mediante el Mysql sin necesidad de phpmyadmin, hay miles de guias en internet sobre mysql

Te diré como creo que se hace, a si que si no es así no me lo tomes en cuenta, como nadie responde y en google no sale nada...

1- Descargas el phpbb www.phpbb.com
2- Descomprimes en la carpeta donde tengas en el ISS tu index.php y renombras la carpeta a "foro", por defecto es "phpbb"
3- en el navegador escribes: http://localhost/foro, saltará el instalador del phpbb, si no saliera

http://localhost/for/install.php o similar, fijate en la carpeta a ver como se llama exactamente

Solo queda poner los datos de la base de datos y alguno más que te pide. previamente instalado PHP y MYSQL en tu servidor.

OK, te doy 2 puntos por la guia :), pero ¿ahora que hago? osea ya tengo Mysql 5.1 lo abro y no me entero de nada, osea nose como funciona es la primera vez que uso Mysql , un poco de compresion :)

¿Como lo configuro? por que supuestamente tiengo que modificar Usaer y pass y una par de cosillas mas que hay no esan.
Tendre que quitar los // ¿no? por que supuestamente eso lo desactiva...

Tambien e probado en ponerle el config.inc de la version 2.5.6 y sale otra cosa diferente cuando entro a http://localhost/phpMyAdmin/ lo tengo modificado asi:

Si uso directamente la version 2.5.6 con la misma configuracion de arriba me dice

Cannot load mcrypt extension. Please check your PHP configuration.
Su pongo que tendre que descargarme mcrypt.dll y ponerlo en la carpeta de php admin...si es eso no encuentro donde descargarlo y si no es no tengo ni idea que sera por que don google no me dice nada :)

e modificao php.ini e acivado lo que me an dicho, pero no me e descargao ningun archibo ni e borrao nada, osea solo e modificao el php.ini ¿cual archibo me descargo y que hago?

No te debería dar tanto problema, te recomiendo que instales desde cero desde una misma guia, ya que has pedido cada vez una cosa y puedo que algo no quedara bien configurado:

pd: no encontré guia en español pero no creo que tengas muchos problemas en entender las 4 cosas que dice que hagas.

El phpmyadmin solo es para administrar mysql de forma mas fácil, puedes hacerlo todo mediante el Mysql sin necesidad de phpmyadmin, hay miles de guias en internet sobre mysql
